Founded in 1954 and headquartered in Belgium, Nukamel has nearly 70 years of history. The company operates three factories located in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Poland. Nukamel is the world's first company to develop and produce calf milk replacer and began producing piglet milk replacer in the early 1980s. It is also the second largest dairy product producer in Europe. Nukamel's main products include soluble milk replacer, dairy feed ingredient, and nutritional emulsifier. These products are ISO9001 and GMP+ certified, with markets in over 60 countries and regions across Europe, Asia, South America, and Oceania. Each year, Nukamel invests 30 million euros in research and development of new products. Its research centers are located at Leuven University in Belgium and Wageningen University in the Netherlands, along with numerous laboratories in Poland, Chile, Thailand, and other countries, focusing on plasma substitutes, reducing antibiotic use, and lowering protein feed costs.
